Shipping/Returns:

• Delivery options available at checkout.
• Free shipping within Canada over $275.

Operating on a made-to-order basis, each piece is custom made for each individual order and requires a two to three week working period prior to shipping.

     *Collaborative collections may require up to four weeks.

     Jess Chen collaboration will have an approximate 5 week turn around.

Due to the custom nature of each piece, all sales are final, and cannot be cancelled once processed. Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance, if you are not satisfied with your piece in any way, please contact caroline.jane.jewelry@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
